The Pirelli Medium Mousse is a rubber foam insert designed to replace an inner tube in 90/90-21 off-road tyres used for motocross and Enduro competition. It helps prevent flat tyres during demanding off-road riding while providing dynamic characteristics intended to support faster, more efficient and less strenuous racing performance.
